Systems Quality

 

 

 

 

Regular rigorous audits are performed on our quality system to endorse the policies and processes within our organization which ultimately assures customers that consignment certification accompanying delivered parts holds significant gravitas.

 

In accordance with the QMS, continuous improvement programmes for products and processes play a major role in driving forward gains in efficiency through advanced techniques in lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, 5S auditing and the elimination of waste in production processes.

 

Sampling plans to BS6001 are utilized on final inspection to ensure consistency of products prior to despatch and First Article Inspection Reports, (FAIRs), to AS9102 are available on request with customer purchase orders.

 

Third party accreditation by Bureau Veritas to: -
